Brock d’Avignon is a media & computer uses pioneer, teacher, and world leader in property, personal, and intellectual rights. He joined the libertarian Society for Individual Liberty in 1971 and in the 1980s was a co-founder of Liberty International now in 90 nations. In 1973, using volitional science, he designed with his father, the first van transportation system for blind, handicapped, and elderly people, showing his future interest in econometric charging methods averaging fares “as the crow flies”. Inventing wheelchair locks, Brock declined to take a patent; obtained cooperation of Dodge to route air conditioning to the back of factory vans, got insurance on his 59th try after being turned down by Lloyd’s of London for the new for computers and media.
